GRAND OPENING!

On Saturday September 8, 2018 we had the Grand Opening of the Basketball Academy @ The Patrick School. The morning began with all the student-athletes arriving, getting their gear and suiting up in their Black and Green. For most this was the first time they saw who actually is in the Academy.  

After suiting up the student-athletes got photographed by sports photographer Nicole Sweet of NicoleSweetSports. 

At 12 o’clock the parents, guardians, friends and family and dignitaries had arrived and we started the official ceremony. First out was Senator Cryan wishing the school good luck. He was followed by Coach Chavannes, Coach Tarik and when it was time to cut the ribbon Assemblyman Holley has joined us. He did us the honor to cut the ribbon and official open this part of the Patrick School.   

After the the speeches Rapper Moruf entertained and then the families were invited to see the new Academic room and meet and greet the teachers and coaches.  

We are all all very excited for this new venture and can’t wait to get started!
